Fur Trade Era Rendezvous

My family does Historical Reenactments of the Fur Trade Era of 1820-1840
We make most of the gear we use including Clothes, Guns, Pouches, Moccasins etc
All of our plunder (gear) is supposed to be authentic to the era with the exceptions of cameras and prescription glasses.

We sleep in Canvas tents in wool blankets...Cook over an open fire with cast iron...it can get interesting sometimes...LOL

Help...I don't know what I am doing

I am new to blogging and for some reason I am having problems figuring out how to do this.
I would love to upload photos to show some projects we have done
Plus I would love to learn how to do the Linky parties
If there is a site that has good tutorials please let me know so I can get started
